How would scheduling this work?
There’s two dates / times we’ll need to schedule. One is our discovery session where we’ll meet you, discover your goals and possibility, the issues you’re facing so we can design your content / media plan of action. Next we’ll find a great time for your media day. Sometimes, we find that your media plan wont work out all in one day because of people’s schedules, availability or timing and we’ll need an extra day to film /photograph. In that case, we’ll need to schedule that day as well.

Provided that your reason for canceling was an act of G-d and we’re notified with as little as 24 hours before your shoot, we will do everything we can to be as flexible as possible and reschedule with you.

 

In some cases, we’ll have paid deposits for specialists, photographers or videographers, studios etc. If we lose the deposit because of canceling, those costs will need to be covered by the client.

 

If canceling is not because of an act of G-d and was avoidable, it is possible we will need to keep 100% of your booking retainer which is 50% of your project.

If you add up what it would cost to acquire all the media we offer, you will find that you would pay 10s of thousands hiring separate creatives: photographers and videographers, graphic designers, media strategists, social media managers and more.

 

By having one team do it all, you save time, money and the uniform, cohesive media actually gets you the results you were looking for.

This entire process can be finished in as fast as three weeks.

 

From the discovery session to booking a shooting day, the amount of time that your media will take to create will vary based on how much we’re creating for you but typically, a round of media takes between 2-4 weeks. One thing that really speeds up the process is, if needed, giving us feedback right away when we send out your content.

There is a balance to having your office be neat but not too clean so it looks like noone works in your office or workspace.

You dont need a perfectly clean office and having an environment that makes sense and is nice to look at.

To make sure we have a setting / space that will work well, we’re happy to jump on a video call with you to make sure your space will work well.

If need be, we can assist in finding a studio or office to rent for your shoot.

Capturing your photos not only gives us everything we need to make you thumbnails but they also look amazing on your blogs, websites, graphics, flyers, as a post on social media, profile pictures and more. 
The strategic benefit is posting original photos, not stock in all these places increases your SEO tremendously.
